Our Story
Emily and Dionna first met at their former workplace in Greensboro, North Carolina. Prior to their employment they both studied at the same school. Although a few years apart on their journey they were both hand selected by their superiors to join the professional practice on site. Their like minded work ethic and passion for helping their clients reach their wellness goals is what initially drew them together. Once united, it was obvious they shared a bond that could not be broken and they used that foundation to later build their business on. The couple are thrilled for the opportunity to be co-creating their dreams and transforming them into reality. Emily knew for some time massage therapy was her calling and once she pursued that call, it was beyond evident she was on her path by her uncanny attention to detail she brings to each and every session. Dionna, having over a decade of experience in personal caregiving, never imagined working as a massage therapist. However, she claims finally following her intuition has led to the most rewarding life imaginable. Emily and Dionna are elated with gratitude to co-own Theta Massage and Bodywork LLC. “We get to wake up each day with our dream partner, working in our dream practice and we get to share our most authentic selves doing what we love and do best, taking care of others.”
